Transferred natively
Multicam & nested sequences
Multicam sequences with the chosen angle, and nested sequences, transfer as real Resolve sequences.
Speed & time remapping
Clip speed changes and reversed clips carry across natively; keyframed (animated) speed is preserved via transcoding.
Bins, markers & colors
Your bin/folder structure, timeline and project item markers, and clip colors (when Premiere is set to match Resolve’s palette) all transfer.
Warp Stabilizer
Clips with Warp Stabilizer applied get DaVinci Resolve’s own Stabilization applied to match.
Track Mute & Solo
Muted video/audio tracks and soloed audio tracks keep that state on the converted timeline.
Transitions
Cross Dissolve, Additive/Non-Additive Dissolve, Dip to Black/White, and all four Iris transitions carry across.
Merged & Remixed clips

AI Extended Video
Convert AI Extended Video by converting the extended clip into a nested sequence with original clip and extended side by side.
Core effects
Position, Scale, Rotation, Anchor Point, Opacity, Volume, and Pan transfer natively when constant and via transcoding when keyframed.
Falls back to a real render, never a silent drop
Some things Resolve genuinely can’t decode or reproduce. Instead of dropping them, CrossFlow automatically renders the affected clip through Adobe Media Encoder first, so the visual or audio result survives the trip. On by default, configurable per category, and even bakes transitions into a transcoded clip’s neighbor when needed.
Return to Premiere
Grade in Resolve, then bring it back. Once a clip has at least one Color Node applied, CrossFlow detects it, exports it out of Resolve, and builds a copy of the original Premiere Pro project with the graded shots replaced in.
Choose the export codec independently from the conversion’s own transcode setting between different ProRes profiles. Contact me if you need a different transcode setting !
Results & task history
Every conversion and every Return to Premiere run is saved, with a full per-clip breakdown of what was converted, transcoded, or flagged, reviewable later even after closing and reopening CrossFlow.
Live progress shows while a task runs, with native OS notifications and a taskbar/dock progress bar when you look away.
