1. Who we are

nablast.com (the “Site”) and the CrossFlow software (“CrossFlow”, the “Software”) are operated by:

By using the Site or the Software, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Software.

2. What CrossFlow is

CrossFlow is desktop software that converts Adobe Premiere Pro projects into DaVinci Resolve projects. It is available as a free trial and as a paid license, as described on the Pricing page.

The output of any conversion should be verified before relying on it for production or client work. We recommend keeping a backup of any project before converting it with CrossFlow.

3. Third-party trademarks

CrossFlow works with, and refers to, third-party products for compatibility purposes only:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro is a trademark of Adobe Inc. nablast.com and CrossFlow are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe Inc.
  • DaVinci Resolve is a trademark of Blackmagic Design Pty Ltd. nablast.com and CrossFlow are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Blackmagic Design.

Use of CrossFlow with DaVinci Resolve Studio requires you to hold your own valid license for DaVinci Resolve Studio from Blackmagic Design; CrossFlow does not provide or include one.

4. License to use the Software

Your use of CrossFlow is governed by the CrossFlow End User License Agreement (the “EULA”), which you accept when installing the Software. In short:

  • Free trial. The trial converts only the first clips of each sequence, as stated on the Pricing page, and may otherwise be limited by us at any time. It is provided for evaluation.
  • Paid license. A CrossFlow license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two computers at a time, for your own video production work. It is perpetual for the major version of CrossFlow it was purchased for (CrossFlow 1) and includes all updates to that major version. A future major version may be offered as a separate paid upgrade.
  • Activation. A license is activated per computer through our license server and re-checked periodically, as described in the EULA and in our Privacy Policy.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it; redistribute, resell, sublicense, or rent the Software or your license key; circumvent the trial limitation or the license activation; or use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of Adobe, Blackmagic Design, or any third party.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding the use of the Software, the EULA prevails.

5. Purchases, payment, and refunds

CrossFlow licenses are sold on the Site through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), which acts as merchant of record: Creem is the seller of record for your purchase, processes your payment, collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice, and delivers your license key by email. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s own terms of service and refund policy.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars, before any tax that Creem may be required to add for your country.

Refund policy. If CrossFlow does not work for your project, write to contact@nablast.com within 14 days of your purchase with a short description of the problem. We will first try to fix it; if we cannot, we refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal.

Discount codes issued to Beta participants are personal, may be used once, and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Intellectual property

CrossFlow, the Nablast name and logo, and the content of this Site (excluding third-party trademarks referenced above) are the property of FAVRE-MARINET Nicolas. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license described in Section 4.

Project files, footage, and other content you process through CrossFlow remain entirely yours. We do not claim any rights over your content.

7. Communications

If you signed up for the CrossFlow Beta through the Site’s form, or contact us through the contact form or by email, you may receive communications related to CrossFlow (updates, requests for feedback, your discount code). See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that project conversions will always be lossless or fully compatible with every project configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FAVRE-MARINET Nicolas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable French law.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the Software (or any part of it, including the free trial) at any time, with or without notice. Licenses already purchased keep working as described in Section 4. We aim to communicate major changes on the Site.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; purchases already made remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence if applicable.
