What “one-time” means
Your license is perpetual for CrossFlow V1: it never expires and includes every 1.x update.
A future CrossFlow V2, built for later Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve major versions, will be a separate paid upgrade, with a discount for existing owners.
Versions Covered
When you buy CrossFlow, you are assured that Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve major current versions and the next ones are supported by your license. So if you buy it today:
- All future versions of Premiere 2026 and 2027
- All future version of Resolve 21 and 22
Refunds
If CrossFlow does not work for your project, contact me within 30 days of your purchase with a short description of the problem. I will first try to fix it, since that is what most reports lead to; if I cannot, Irefund you in full.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
Frequently asked questions
Does CrossFlow work with the free version of DaVinci Resolve?
No. CrossFlow writes directly into Resolve’s project database through the scripting API, which is only available in DaVinci Resolve Studio.
Do I need Premiere Pro / Media Encoder installed?
Only if you want to transcode clips which could not be converted: CrossFlow uses Premiere and Adobe Media Encoder for the clips that need to be rendered.
Can I use one license on my desktop and my laptop?
Yes, a license covers 2 computers at a time. If you replace a machine, deactivate the license on the old one from the app, or use the “release all computers” link in the app if the old machine is lost or broken.
Is there a discount for Beta testers?
Yes. Testers who sent us their real feedback (test, logs, ..) during the Beta receive a free license, and everyone who signed up for the Beta receives a personal discount code by email.
